It is a membership that comes with a stress tested course called, “THE PAID PILLARS”.
It’s taken me 4 years to get it to this point that plays well with the Upwork Algorithm, and allows you to scale your freelancing business into a full-fledged agency (if that is your wish)

While stress-testing Version 3 of the Paid Squad, members had weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions, however, they weren’t advantageous as members always had a lot of tasks to complete before their next session.

When you first subscribed, you received a confirmation email from no-reply@squarespace.com.
Open that email and click the Manage Subscription button at the bottom.

Pause or Cancel
In the dashboard, find The Paid Squad listing.
Click Manage, then choose Pause Subscription or Cancel Subscription.
Confirm your choice.
Timing & Effective Date
Any pause or cancellation request takes effect at the end of your current billing period…you keep full access through that date.
Requests made before your renewal date will not be prorated or refunded.
Pause Limits
You may pause your membership for up to 90 days in any 12-month window.
Pausing simply extends your next renewal by the pause duration.
Reactivating
Return to the same Manage Subscription link (email or dashboard).
Click Resume Subscription to restart immediately.
Any price or feature updates announced while you were paused will apply on reactivation.

Encryption in transit: All pages and form submissions use HTTPS/TLS, so data you enter is encrypted between your browser and Squarespace.
Encryption at rest: Squarespace stores your profile, payment records, and any uploads on encrypted disks in their data centers.
Access controls: Only our authorised team (with 2-factor authentication) can view your account data in the Squarespace dashboard.
Squad Chat (AWS)Secure network: Chats run inside an AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) with strict firewall rules.
In-transit & at-rest encryption: All messages use TLS over the wire, and AWS KMS encrypts stored logs and backups.
Role-based access: We use AWS IAM roles so only specific services and engineers can read chat data—and only under strict need-to-know.
Neuro AI (OpenAI)
Encrypted API calls: Every prompt and response travels over TLS, so nothing can be intercepted in transit.
Private by default: Unless you explicitly share a conversation, none of your inputs are publicly visible or searchable.
No hidden training: OpenAI does not use your private chat data to train or improve its base models unless you opt in.
Data retention: You control your Neuro history… sessions can be deleted on demand, and logs are purged per OpenAI’s retention schedule.
Privacy & ComplianceWe comply with applicable data-protection regulations (e.g., POPIA, PIPEDA, CCPA, GDPR) and never sell or rent your information.
